AMA

Agricultural Monitoring and Advisory

Agronomist-led precision agriculture for farms, cooperatives, and corporate producers across North Macedonia. Plus full support for investors entering farming, from finding the right land to running the operation.

First farm visit is free. Soil analysis is not free.

Who AMA is for

AMA works with agricultural producers in all their forms, family farms running 10+ to 200 hectares, corporate farms with structured operations, cooperatives sharing equipment and inputs, emerging producer groups.

We also work with investors who are entering farming, those deciding what to grow, where to grow it, and how to make the operation viable from day one. Whatever your scale, structure, or starting point, our model adapts to you.

For active producers
For active producers

Family farms, corporate farms, cooperatives, producer groups. You already farm. We help you do it better, with precision tools, real-time monitoring, and equipment that earns its keep.

For investors entering farming
For investors entering farming

You're considering a farming investment. We help you decide what to grow, find the right land, model the economics, secure financing, and set up the operation, then we stay with you through implementation.

How we work
( four stages)

Every AMA engagement follows a clear lifecycle. Investors typically start at stage 0, Enter. Active producers usually start at stage 1, Assess. From there, the path is the same: implement, then support.

STAGE 0 - ENTEROPTIONAL

For investors entering farming

We help you decide what to grow, where to set up, and how the economics work. Land search, climate and soil analysis, business modeling, access to grants and loans, and complementary services through to operational launch.

STAGE 1 - ASSESS

Free first visit

We visit your farm, look at your operation, understand your capacity, and give you honest recommendations. The first visit is always free.

STAGE 2 - IMPLEMENT

The right services, with the right equipment

We deliver the precision services that fit your farm, and we bring the equipment you need. Plant nutrition, plant protection, irrigation, monitoring. Hardware, software, installation, and supervision.

STAGE 3 - SUPPORT

Continuous advisory

Ongoing advisory through RAMAS, in-season monitoring and alerts, in-field service when something needs attention. We stay with the operation.

from service to product

From service
to product

Our services are how we work with you. Our products are what we bring to your farm, the equipment, sensors, software, and platforms that make precision agriculture work in practice.

You don't need to source equipment separately.

Through our service engagement, we identify, supply, install, and support the right equipment for your operation.

Some of it we import, some we assemble in-house, and some we adapt for the specific conditions and budgets our farmers actually face.

OUR PRODUCTS & PLATFORMS

Our products
and platforms

Every product we offer is something we use ourselves, in our own work, on real farms. Below is the equipment we bring to your operation, organized by what it does for you.

For precision plant nutrition

RAMAS PLATFORM

RAMAS, your farm in one platform

Remote Agricultural Monitoring and Advisory System. AGFT's web platform that pulls together your farm data, sensor readings, drone imagery, soil analyses, advisory recommendations, in one place. Accessible from anywhere. Used by all AMA clients.

Assembled by AGFT

GUIDANCE SYSTEMS

Tractor guidance systems

Tractor-mounted instruments that guide the operator along precision paths, reducing overlap, missed strips, and input waste.

Imported

AUTO-STEERING

Automatic tractor steering

Hands-free precision steering systems. Higher accuracy than manual guidance, especially valuable for larger farms and longer working hours.

Imported

ISOBUS

ISOBUS systems

Standard ISOBUS systems for modern machinery, connects tractor and implement so they share data automatically (variable-rate application, automatic section control).

Imported

ISOBUS RETROFIT

ISOBUS retrofit for older fertilizer spreaders

We adapt older-generation fertilizer spreaders to work with precision systems, so you don't need to replace a machine that's otherwise fine. Built in our Agile Factory for the conditions and budgets our farmers actually face.

Adapted by AGFT

For plant protection

METEO FUTURA

Meteo Futura meteorological stations

Field-deployed meteorological stations measuring temperature, humidity, rainfall, leaf wetness, and other parameters relevant to plant health. AGFT's own product line. Models for government, EU projects, private farms, and other applications. Over 100 deployed.

Assembled by AGFT

DISEASE FORECASTING SOFTWARE

Disease forecasting software

Software models predicting disease risk based on weather, crop, and field conditions. Alerts reach you before symptoms appear in the field.

ImportedIntegrated by AGFT

DRONE SPRAYING

Drone spraying services

Drone-based spraying for plant protection. Regular and emergency interventions, priced separately.

AGFT-operated service

For monitoring

MOISTURE SENSORS

Soil moisture and plant water-status sensors

Sensor systems measuring soil moisture and plant water status in real time, feeding directly into the irrigation management decision.

Imported

DIGITAL IRRIGATION

Digital irrigation management systems

Precision irrigation systems with digital control, deliver the right amount of water where and when it's needed, based on real field data.

ImportedInstalled and serviced by AGFT

For irrigation

DRONE SERVICES

Map of North Macedonia showing AGFUTURA's demonstration sites

Where we work, our demonstration network

We have 11 sites covering the main crop systems and pedo-climatic conditions of North Macedonia.

Our central field in Dolni Balvan anchors a network of 10 demonstration sites across the country.

There's a strong chance we already work with farms like yours, in conditions like yours.

Each site tests a different combination of crops, soils, climates, and technologies. What we learn at one site informs what we recommend at every other.

How we choose the right technology for your farm

Not every technology works on every farm. Conditions in North Macedonia are not the conditions in the Netherlands, in California, or in the brochure.

We've spent the last decade building a structured method for figuring out what works, where, and for whom. It runs like this: we diagnose your farm's specific situation (soil, climate, scale, crop, economics). We map the technologies that could apply.

We calibrate them to your conditions, not the conditions they were designed for. We validate the choice, often on our own demonstration sites, before we recommend it.

This is why our recommendations are different from a brochure. They come from method, not marketing.

Diagnose

Your soil, climate, scale, crop, economics.

Map options

Available technologies that could fit.

Calibrate

To your conditions, not the brochure's.

Validate

Often on our own fields, before we recommend.

KIEVO

flagship case

Kievo Winery is one of our most digitalized farm implementations. Here's what it looks like when AMA runs the full course on a working operation.

Vineyard rows at Kievo Winery
Kievo Winery vineyards and surrounding hills

BEFORE Digitalization

Kievo's vineyard management relied on experience, inherited knowledge, and visual observation. Fixed schedules guided treatments, irrigation, and fertilization, often causing unnecessary use of inputs, fuel, and labour.

Traditional • Experienced • Intuitive • Schedule-based

DURING Digitalization

We were excited about using sensors, drones, and digital maps to reduce costs, improve vineyard health, use resources efficiently, and increase yield and grape quality. The process also required learning, testing, and adapting to new methods.

Excited • Curious • Motivated • Hopeful

AFTER Digitalization

Digital tools made vineyard management more precise and data-driven. Real-time monitoring supports better irrigation, fertilization, and plant protection, improving efficiency, and enabling faster, more sustainable decisions.

Precise • Informed • Efficient • Confident

John Johnson

KIEVO CEO

“They provided precision services tailored to my farm, along with all the equipment I needed. From plant nutrition and protection to irrigation and monitoring, plus hardware, software, installation, and support, everything was spot on.”
