The final event “Urban Food Systems Transformation” within Cities2030 project was held on 25 September 2024 in Velika Gorica, Croatia, organized by Vegora and Inventivna Rjesenja.

This international conference presents great platform for exchanging ideas on sustainable food systems, urban-rural linkages, and innovative approaches in transforming urban food systems.

Mr. Blagoja Mukanov, executive director of AgFutura Technologies (Macedonian Cities2030 partner) had an opportunity to share his insights on the integration of digital tools in farming, specifically focusing on the role of technology in empowering small-scale farms and emphasizing how these farms can leverage innovation to remain competitive and contribute to more sustainable food systems across the region and beyond.
