The meeting highlighted strong collaboration and commitment to advancing carbon farming practices.

Two additional events accompanied the assembly: The Stakeholder Dialogue on Reducing Agriculture’s Carbon Footprint on April 17, 2024, organized by AgFutura Technologies, and a Training Session on April 19, 2024, at the experimental fields of Goce Delcev University in Shtip. The agenda of The Stakeholder Dialogue was packed with thought-provoking topics aimed at tackling carbon footprint in the agrifood sector. Two round tables were held, in which stakeholders discussed the future of carbon farming and innovation, while the training session focused on the CARBONICA Toolbox for field sampling and measurement.

CARBONICA aims to foster collaboration and innovation in carbon farming across Cyprus, Greece, and North Macedonia, with the CARBONICA Excellence Hub (CEH) at its core. The project is dedicated to sustainability and aims to transform carbon farming for a greener future.
