AgFutura part of FAO’s group of experts for ICT in agriculture

Information and communication technologies (ICTs) have long been recognized as crucial tools for bridging the digital divide and supporting the three pillars of sustainable development: economic growth, environmental sustainability, and social inclusion.

AgFutura Technologies joined a group of experts at a Regional Workshop organized by the FAO Regional Office for Europe and Central Asia and GAK at Gödöllő Agricultural University, Hungary. The workshop brought together decision-makers and agricultural information management experts from Eastern Europe and Central Asia. Participants discussed current national initiatives and explored a structured approach to assessing the e-Agriculture landscape, identifying essential components for its development.
